Terms of Service and Policies

By booking an event with Naples Princess Parties, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Recommendations:

  • Event Start Time: Please start your event and have your guests arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour before the character arrives. This way the character can make a grand entrance and any guests arriving late will not miss out on the fun. 

  • Tipping: Tips for excellent service for your Host(s) are always appreciated.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: We understand that plans sometimes change. You may reschedule your event one time for free (based on date and character availability). If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 14 days in advance in order to receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Events are non-refundable after the 14-day advance window.

  • Travel Surcharge: There is a $0.50/mile round-trip travel surcharge for all events held further than 25 miles from 701 5th Avenue South, Naples, FL 34102

  • Guest Surcharge: There is a surcharge for events with more than 20 guests.

  • Late Booking Surcharge: There is a $25 surcharge for events booked less than one week before the event date. 

  • During the Party: Because our party hosts require high-end wardrobes, we request that no food or beverages be served during the princess party portion of your event. We love animals, but we ask that you keep pets away from the party area during your event. Your party host(s) will be making a grand entrance upon arrival and will then need a clear area with a chair or couch where the activities will take place. Please keep the noise level down in other areas of the house/building so the children can enjoy the event. A second staff member from Naples Princess Parties will be present during your event to make sure everything goes smoothly. We recommend having cameras and videorecorders ready!

  • Liability: Your Naples Princess Parties Host(s) will act professionally and treat your home with respect. Naples Princess Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage. As the client, we are confident that you will ensure our costumes, props and other assets are treated with respect. However, you assume financial responsibility for any damage incurred to our assets while we are at your event. Any activity that you wish to have your party host(s) perform must be agreed upon beforehand. 

  • Your Naples Princess Parties Host(s) reserves the right to leave and end the party at their own discretion if drugs are present and/or if there's excessive alcohol use at the event.
